Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Development plans for the financier's private tropical island featured within the released materials.

Furthermore featured in this latest image release seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had created plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a key detailing different areas of the estate.

In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.

Additional images released as part of the continuing oversight process.
